☆ We have two themed event slots for this event!~

☆ Slot 1: 🌞 Join the Fairy Day Court: Bask in the sunlight as we gather amidst nature's beauty. With blooming flowers and sparkling streams, enjoy magical picnics and whimsical games in the warmth of the day. Let your wings flutter in joy as we celebrate the companionship of fairies in the enchanting daylight!

☆ Slot 2: 🌙 Step into the Fairy Night Court: Under the twinkling stars, embrace the magic of the night. Dance beneath the moonlit sky, sip on shimmering potions, and revel in the secrets of the nocturnal realm. Join us as fairies gather to celebrate in the shadowy splendor of the moon, where dreams come alive in the night's embrace!

☆ Become a magical fairy! Maid Chi will turn you into a magical fairy with glitter, jewels and fairy style face paint! Join the ranks of our fairy world by transforming yourself at the event!~ 

☆ Make your own fairy wand! No fairy is complete without a magic wand~ We will have wand decorating kits at the event, and your serving maid can help with your magical creation!

For those with physical disabilities:

♡ There is a small (approx 2 inches) step to get through the front door. This has been navigated by people in wheelchairs and by pushchairs but this may depend on the individual. 

♡ Toilet is not very roomy but depending on the individuals mobility, it may be usable. There is no accessible toilet for this event.

♡ If you would like to check the space prior to the event, The Rested Ghoul is open as a regular cafe, please see their opening times online.

At this event we are trialing a new accessibility option for those that want to experience the joy of a Maid Cafe but have accessibility requirements.

For Slot 2, we will have an Accessible Table. This is the process for the Accessible Table:

♡ When booking tickets for Slot 2, you will be able to select seats on the Accesible Table which will be clearly marked in the seating plan.

♡ The table will be the closest customer table to the entrance door, and furthest from the performance.

♡ The table will have a smaller number of seated customers. You may be sat on a table with someone you don't know, but there will be more space between you.

♡ For customers seated on this table, we will not do our usual greeting where the Maids are lined up to welcome you.

♡ For customers seated on this table, we will not do our usual Magic Spell on the food when we serve you.

♡ We will send you the Cafe Menu before the day of the event. 

♡ You will be able to pick a level of interactions with the Maids. There will be wearable coloured lanyards that say 'I would like to enjoy the cafe by myself' or 'I would like the maids to interact with me.' You can carry it with you, wear it, or have it in a visible place to the Maids can see. Please note: the Maids will need to talk to you to check you in on the guest list, to take your menu order or at the mechandise table, but if you choose the option to 'enjoy the cafe by myself' then we will not interact with you unless you choose to interact with us first.

Please note, there are still some things that are part of the cafe that we cannot change, for example: we often have background music and we also have performances where the music is loud, there is clapping and shouting and there is also flashing light sticks. We always welcome those using accessibility aids to bring whatever helps them feel comfortable, for example ear defenders or stim toys. You can also take a breather outside at any time you like!

✭If you would like to spend more time with us, you are welcome to book both slots for this event.

✭ Please note, for this event there is a minimum order per slot of 1 Drink and 1 Food Item. Of course, you can order as much tasty food and drink as you like throughout the slot!

✭You may be seated on the same table as other guests, or your selected seat may be changed to accomodate different needs.

✭Please note you may be asked to present your ticket on the door. We normally have a guestlist, but sometimes require confirmation.

✭Please let us know at the door how you wish to be addressed and if you have any special requirements such as time restrictions, special occasions or dietary requirements/allergies.

✭You must arrive for your slot on time, otherwise we may need to give up your reserved seat to another customer. If you inform us you will be late, we will do our best to accomodate. If you arrive more than 15mins late to the slot start time and you haven't informed us, we will not be able to serve you and your ticket price cannot be refunded.

'Campus is an entirely volunteer-run charity committed to providing annual respite breaks for disadvantaged children, having run summer projects every year since 1967. We work with some of the most vulnerable children in the Liverpool-Merseyside area: children in care, some who have been abused, young carers, and children living in poverty or overcrowded accommodation. These children are referred to us by parents, social workers and other organisations because they desperately need a break from their home lives. For some, it is the one chance they get each year to be a child.'

Meian Maid Cafe is an event based pop-up cafe!   めいあん or 'Meian' means light and shade in Japanese. And this is the idea of our cafe - magical girls showing the two sides of cute! Our Light side maids can be recognized by their pink uniforms and bubbly personalities with the Dark side maids showing the cool side of cute in black uniforms. Although both sides differ, our main goal is to spread moe across earth! Light and the Dark together in one kawaii package!   Our lovely maids wear uniforms inspired by those in Akihabara, Japan's Anime & Manga district. We aim to provide a service in which you feel completely at home - relaxed, entertained and full of yummy food! Taking a customer's order is not enough - we entertain customers with dancing, magic spells & even playing games together!
